There are two payments for every purchase:

• 1st Payment (paid when you check out shopping cart) = Product Payment = Product price + Domestic shipping fee
• 2nd Payment (paid when you parcel arrives in Chinese warehouse) = Parcel Payment = International Shipping Fee + Agent Fee + Customs Clearance Fee+ Home Delivery (optional) + Insurance (optional)

PZCart provide four different kinds of freight method, you can choose your own freight method base on your scheduled time, freight charge and properties as following:

• Express Air：Use for carrying urgently items, parcel will delivery to you during 2-4 (West Malaysia) working days when all your items reached our warehouse. (East Malaysia 3-5Days)
• Economy Air：An economical freight method, parcel will delivery to you during 3-6(West Malaysia) working days when all your items reached our warehouse. ( East Malaysia 4-7Days).
• Sensitive Air：pecial for those Sensitive items, parcel will delivery to you during 6-10 working days when all your items reached our warehouse.
• Sea：For high-volume and heavy weight purchases may choose, parcel will delivery to you during 15-19(West Malaysia) working days when all your items reached our warehouse.( East Malaysia 18-22Days)

PZCart charges agent fee based on different membership.

Agent fee = (Product Price + Domestic shipping fee + International Shipping Fee)*8%

PZCart will charge custom clearance fee RM0.98 for every parcel.

GST= (Product Price + Domestic shipping fee + International Shipping Fee)*6%

For air shipment orders, 6% GST applies if an individual order value is more than RM500.

Whether it's a pick-up or a self-service, if your shipping address is located in a remote area (such as the highland area, the mountainous area, the Matai border, the FELDA reclamation area, etc.), it is possible to generate an additional regional fee of RM110.

The weight or volumetric weight you see for each order is weighed or measured at their minimum individual package. When you submit to ship out, all the individual orders will be consolidated into one single parcel. There will be extra weight incurred by the packaging material or extra space occupied due to the small gaps between items, and the standardized packaging to meet the shipment requirements. Normally the final chargeable weight is around 1.1 times the sum of the heavier of each order’s actual weight or volumetric weight.

The cost of transporting a shipment can be affected by the amount of space that it occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is the volumetric (or dimensional) weight.
