This Agreement is made by and between you and the owner of PARCEL CART PTE.LTD. (www.pzcart.com) regarding services offered by PZCart.

Please read this registration agreement carefully. By accessing this Website, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to update and amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

Unless otherwise defined, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "PZCart" or "We" or "Our" : PARCEL CART PTE. LTD.
• "You" or "Customer" means any person or entity accessing the Website and/or using the Services available under this Website
• "Website" the Website and the contents accessible（www.pzcart.com）
• "Buy-For-Me / Buy-For-Me service " refers to the services provided to customers in Malaysia, to purchase from China

Membership, services and other rights offer by PZCart for its member cannot be transferred, leased or shared with others in any form.

PZCart membership registration should be only completed by you personally in your own name. By registering as a member of PZCart, you are deemed to have accepted terms and conditions laid down by PZCart.

Registerations that are not done personally are not qualified for membership. PZCart reserves the right to reject unqualified registrations or registrations that are deemed improper.

Please exercise due dilgence to ensure correctness of information when filling in personal details during the registration process.

When using www.pzcart.com, please observe the followings:

• You are forbidden to change, add to, remove, deface, hack or otherwise interfere with this Website or any material or content displayed on this Website;
• You are forbidden to distribute, modify, copy, publish, transmit, display, sell, license, use, reuse or create derivative works of any of the contents of or material displayed on the Website for any public or commercial purpose without our written consent;
• You shall not access or use this Website in any way that could or is intended to damage or impair the Website, or any server or network underlying the Website, or interfere with anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Website;
• You shall not violate laws of Singapore or the service terms, notices and conditions laid down by PZCarte;
• You shall not infringe rights, interests or reputation of PZCart, PZCart's product providers or any other parties related to PZCart;
• You shall not cause negative influence on physical or mental health of children and teenagers or behave in a way that is against social morality;
• You shall not not cause inconvenience or unpleasantness to other members or any other parties;
• You shall not disseminate false information;
• You shall not send virus infected emails to PZCart;
• You shall not intrude PZCart server and/or systems illegaly or without written permission
• You shall not lease and/or transfer and/or borrow your member account and password to others or share them with any parties in anyway.

Please change your password regularly to improve security for your account. Secure your password properly and do not share it with anyone. PACart shall not be responsible for any liabilities should the account is stolen or illegally used.

To change any regstration information, please login and click "My account" to update your latest personal information. PZCart shall not be liable for any monetary losses caused by in-complete and/or non-updated personal information. Please also take not that transactions that are completed before any personal update shall be processed based on the original information. Please make sure that the personal information are updated in time to avoid errors.

Consequences resulting from information released by the user shall be the responsibility of the user alone. Please ensure that the information released complies to local laws and regulations (including but not limited to Singapore):

• You shall not use PZCart for illegal activities.
• You shall not corrupt or interfere with PZCart's Network and systems.
• You are to comply with all network services using network protocols, regulations and procedures. Illegal acts and/or acticities shall be reported to the respectivie authorities. PZCart also reserves the rights to delete messages as it deemed fit and provide system records and/or information as evidence in the court of law without prior notification.

Users that are not satisfied with PZCart's service can exercise the following user rights:

• Do not login to PZCart
• Terminate PZCart's service
• Request for account termination
• PZCart shall no longer bear any responsibility and obligation for terminated user

• PZCart only provides product information from e-commerce platform. As much as we like to ensure information correctness, we are limited by the information provided by merchants on the platform. Please take note that colors of products might not be as expected as lightings during the product shoot might not be consistent to the usage environment. The usage of different output devices (eg. different brand, resolution, settings of monitors and mobile phones) will also result in color differentiation in products that PZCart should not be held accountable for.
• Under most circumstances, a full purchase-delivery cycle shall only require 4-16 working days to be completed (depending on delivery methods chosen by the user). Should there be unforeseen events that affect/delay the normal completion of the cycle (out of stock, price changes etc), PZCart shall communicate with the user in a good and timely manner. However, PZCart shall not be responsible or held accountable for the consequences that result from such unfortunate events.
• PZCart shall not be responsible for delayed and failed deliveries that are caused by the user.
• PZCart is not obligated to process transactions/prices/promotions that are pre-arranged between the user and the merchants beyond our published information on our website.
• Cancellations and refunds are not possible if the transaction in process does not meet the criteria and/or conditions stated in PZCart's return policy.
